Load and unload products from the furnace repetitively.. Utilize shot blasting equipment to finish products after furnace treatment.. Experience as a Heat Treat Operator.. Shift hours vary, with 2nd shift from 2:30PM to 11:00PM and 3rd shift from 10:30PM to 7:00AM. Training will initially occur on the 1st shift from 6:30AM to 3:00PM, Monday through Friday, for approximately 15 weeks.
