The Degree Completion Success Coach supports the academic and personal success of adult learners enrolled in the university’s degree completion programs. By providing individualized guidance, motivation, and connection to resources, the Success Coach is critical in promoting student persistence, improving retention rates, and supporting timely degree completion. Conduct proactive, intrusive advising appointments for students at risk of dropping out or stopping. Meet with the enrollment team regularly to coordinate the smooth transfer of students from initial admission through orientation and into active academic advising and coaching support.
