Through leadership, coordination, and collaboration, the Director ensures that inclusive practices and Universal Design for Learning (UDL) strategies are embedded across classrooms and that student services align with our Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS).. Collaborate with arts educators to integrate OT/sensory and literacy goals into arts projects (dance, drama, music, visual arts).. Lead the SST process for students in k-8 grade, using MTSS frameworks for academic and social-emotional interventions.. Provide direct supervision of student services staff: Resource Specialists, Social Worker and/or School Counselor, Speech-Language Pathologist, Occupational Therapist, Interns, Paraprofessionals.. Demonstrated knowledge of MTSS, UDL, restorative practices, and arts-integrated learning strategies.
