This position oversees the day-to-day operations of the program, ensuring that PACE is providing high quality Early Childhood Development services and that it follows Head Start Performance Standards, the Head Start Act, California Care Licensing regulations, Los Angeles County Office of Education contract, and other related laws and ordinances. Recommends purchases of instructional materials and teaching aids for the Early Head Start program. Ability to maintain a professional, open, communicative, and friendly demeanor with all staff and participate effectively as a member of PACE'S educational leadership team.
