Grant Compliance Specialist - Dallas City Attorney’s Office.. This position also requires intermediate-level administrative support skills in accounts payable/receivable, procurement, travel coordination, record keeping, and reporting. A bachelor’s degree in public administration, accounting, non-profit management, business administration, or related field is required. This position is exempt from the provisions applicable to civil service, pursuant to Chapter XVI, Section 9 of the Dallas City Charter.
Key areas include internal investigations, anti-corruption, export control, and environmental, safety and health (ESH). Law degree from an accredited law school (JD or LLM).. To perform the operational tasks tied to the Company’s Customs Brokerage services product. The duties include all tasks related to Customs clearance at the desk level, including Customs entry, clearance follow up with Customs & Border Protection (CBP), and other Partner Government Agencies (PGA), such as Food & Drug Administration (FDA), Consumer Products Safety Commission (CPSC), Department of Transportation (DOT), Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), and others as needed.
