The Funding Associate performs various funding and banking operations in support of the treasury team at Planet Home Lending, LLC. The funding associate is responsible for placing funding requests received from all business channels with warehouse banks, monitoring daily reports from warehouse banks to track loan status, and reconciling related debt balances on a daily and monthly basis. This individual will interface with personnel in other offices regarding loan documents and closing status and with external banking operations teams. Minimum of two years’ experience in finance role or in operations in the mortgage industry, title company, etc. Basic excel proficiency is critical (i.e. pivot tables, VLOOKUP’s, keyboard shortcuts, and multiple workbook entries)..
