Oversee strategic corporate structuring decisions, including strategic initiatives and implementing intercompany transaction agreements that address cost-sharing, IP ownership, service arrangements, and transfer pricing considerations in coordination with internal stakeholders including finance and tax teams. 12+ years of legal experience, with a preference for a mix of law firm and in-house work, and of which 5+ years of experience must be as an in-house counsel, preferably as a General Counsel, and preferably also with experience specializing in the negotiation of complex commercial transactions, including technology transactions.
