Reporting to the Senior Vice President of Finance & Chief Financial Officer, the Senior Principal of Treasury is responsible for the development and implementation of all aspects of the treasury function, including management of cash, investments, and debt program. Working in collaboration with the Outsourced Chief Investment Officer, assist with the development and implementation of investment strategy and asset allocation recommendations that are consistent with the organization’s investment objectives, liquidity requirements, and enterprise risk tolerance. Supports the periodic rating agencies' reporting process and credit review process. Working with the Chief Financial Officer and Finance Staff, contribute to the development of Hoag’s strategic resource allocation strategy and its effective implementation. Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) or Juris Doctor (JD) Degree.
This role requires strong functional and technical Finance Systems background to partner with the Business and have effective discussions driving the capture, transformation, and utilization of Finance data to meet Business goals..
