Assists and advises executive management on studies, investigations, and analyses related to program management (PM) and project controls (PC) capital program administration. Oversees the continued advancement of metro's Early Intervention Team (EIT) Initiative. Makes recommendations to the Deputy Chief Executive Officer on concepts which will advance long-term success of the capital delivery program, including assessment of P3 as a potential delivery model for major projects. Theories, principles, and practices of public administration methods, capital and operating budgets, scheduling, finance, configuration management, and information systems for major public works projects

This will include working on overall design, implementation, and ongoing protocols in place to address the compliance requirements for KAR’s evolving and growing private wealth management / wealth advisory business, working with the CCO, as necessary. Works to ensure that the activities of the wealth advisory business are in compliance with all applicable federal and state laws and regulations (i.e., SEC, ERISA, and various states, as applicable), keeping KAR’s CCO apprised of developments along the way. Develops, maintains, and manages KAR’s Annual Review Compliance Testing Matrix related to KAR’s wealth advisory business, and works with the Chief Compliance Officer to review and update the firm’s risk assessment matrix related to KAR’s wealth advisory business. MBA or JD preferred, but not required.
