The Registered Nurse is responsible for providing and documenting skilled nursing care in accordance with the developed care plan and physicians’ orders for each individual patient while adhering to confidentiality standards and professional boundaries at all times. Beaumont Commons – Farmington Hills facility has 3 floors and 9 units (3 units per floor), providing care for long term care residents and post-acute rehab patients. With 179 beds, we accept patient specialties such as general rehab, neuro rehab, cardiac, respiratory and cancer. Qualifications include Associates in Nursing required, Bachelors in Nursing required within 5 years, MI Registered Nurse (RN) required, AHA or ARC Basic Life Support (BLS) required within 90 days.
