At least 12-15 years of experience in academia and/or biopharmaceutical industry with evidence of advancing radiopharmaceutical drugs from Discovery to Clinical Development for Oncology indications, including IND-filings.. Must have deep knowledge of analytical methods (HPLC, TLC, GC, ICP-MS, gamma spectrometry) to assess radiochemical purity, stability, and specific activity; experience in cancer cell biology is preferred
