Serving as the site's SQF Practitioner, this role ensures compliance with customer, company, and regulatory requirements while leading the QA team.. The Sr. QA Manager develops and implements quality strategies, maintains SQF system integrity, supports product development, and manages all quality-related audits and documentation.. Serve as SQF Practitioner: oversee SQF System development, review, and maintenance; ensure HACCP-based food safety plans are implemented; maintain compliance with SQF Food Safety and Quality codes.. Manage internal and external audits, including SQF, HACCP, GFCO, Kosher, Organic, and Non-GMO.. Adhere to all OSHA, EPA, FDA, HACCP, GMP, and SQF regulations.
Hiring, Onboarding & Training Oversight: Develop and maintain hiring and onboarding workflows with HR; ensure structured, trauma-informed onboarding; supervise the Training & Staff Development Specialist and oversee ongoing staff training and CBHI/internal compliance.. Health Clinic Licensing & Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with licensing and payer regulations (e.g., DPH, Managed Care Entities, commercial insurers); develop/maintain clinic policies and procedures aligned with regulatory expectations; manage a compliance calendar and timely submissions; serve as liaison with regulatory bodies (e.g., Massachusetts DPH) to coordinate inspections and responses.. In-depth knowledge of DPH licensing and behavioral health regulatory requirements.. Skill in analyzing and using data (EHR and reporting tools) for decision-making; proficiency with Microsoft Office and electronic health records (e.g., Credible).. Experience working with culturally diverse populations and trauma-informed service models.
Develop, implement, and maintain an effective Quality Assurance (QA) program that meets or exceeds regulatory and industry standards, ensuring compliance with FAA Part 145, AS9100, EASA, and other relevant aviation authorities.. Implement training programs to ensure that team members are knowledgeable about QA processes, regulations, and the importance of safety in aviation operations.. Oversee investigations of quality-related incidents, including aircraft maintenance issues, to determine root causes and develop corrective action plans..
