Assessment skills across Pediatric to Geriatric patients with competent knowledge of growth and development stages. Follows National Patient Safety Goals, Universal Protocol, and uses two patient identifiers. Demonstrates knowledge of surgical patient conditions, procedures, and equipment; individualizes care according to procedure and anesthesia type. Contributes to perioperative team by prioritizing patient care and responding to condition changes. Knowledge of surgical patient care and perioperative nursing functions
Implements and adheres to infection control protocols to prevent the spread of healthcare-associated infections..
