The General Merchandise and Food Sales team leads inbound, outbound, replenishment, inventory accuracy, presentation, pricing and promotional signing processes for all General Merchandise (GM) areas of the store.. Experts enable efficient delivery to our guests by owning pick, pack and ship fulfillment work.. Execute inbound, replenishment, backroom and signing processes for GM areas. Understand how operational procedures, like planogram (POG) ties, product capacities and salesfloor quantities impact shortage, profitability, in store replenishment and inventory accuracy. Support guest services such as back-up cashier, and digital fulfillment processes and maintain compliance culture while executing those duties, such as federal, state, and local adult beverage laws
Maintains and supports risk management team in implementation of safety standards that apply to Culver's hazard communication program and overall team and guest safety and health. Consistently maintains excellence in guest relations including prompt follow up on guest comment cards. Ensures the cleaning, organizing, maintaining and follow-up of restaurant and grounds using visitation and full field reports.. EDUCATION: College graduate with a degree in hotels/restaurant management or equivalent experience.. Certified in-store trainer in all areas specially in employees training, hospitality and in kitchen.

The Hospitality Manager supports Regional Management with complete oversight of the financial, operational, safety and service-related success at their hotel. Ensure all safety initiatives from the National Safety & Training Manager, Hospitality are rolled out to new and existing employees.
