Execute fast-mover inventory by proactively adding and removing items as seasonality, ad, transitions and demand require.. Partner with Direct Store Delivery (DSD) distributors to proactively set and maintain DSD POGs, transitions and backroom space.. Support guest services such as back-up cashier, order pick up (OPU) and Drive-up (DU) and maintain a compliance culture while executing those duties, such as compliance with federal, state, and local adult beverage laws
Provides the flow of soiled dishes to the kitchen and a clean supply to the dining room.. Carries items to and from kitchen and/or storeroom.. Completes pre, running, and post-shift side-work requirements including stocking areas with supplies (i.e. rollups, condiments, etc.). Basic knowledge of food and beverage preparation, hotel service standards, guest relations and etiquette.. Must wear designated uniform/attire including non-slip, oil-resistant shoes.
