Job Title: Front Office Specialist.. The Front Office Specialist is responsible for managing front office and reception operations at the organization’s Vista location. Office Operations: Oversee front office functions, including supply management, equipment upkeep, and maintaining an organized and professional appearance of common areas. Team Collaboration: Work closely with administrative, facilities, and IT teams to ensure seamless front office operations and communication. Inventory & Supplies: Track and restock front office supplies and ensure readiness of reception areas for daily operations.

Provide membership sales team with guest/prospect lead contact information. Work with the F&B team to offer food and drinks from designated food outlets: (act as server, place orders, delivery refreshments, ring in tickets on register, provide support to kitchen, set up and breakdown of event space, clean-up). Regularly performs the full range and scope of housekeeping services at a Navy Gateway Inn and Suites and or Navy Lodge property including but not limited to cleaning guest rooms, interior, public spaces, storage areas, laundry rooms, exterior spaces, etc.. These services include but are not limited to vacuuming, mopping, dusting, scrubbing, washing, moving items, polishing, cleaning, removal of debris, trash, transporting clean and dirty linen towels etc.. Operates cleaning equipment, e.g. vacuum cleaner, carpet cleaner, waxer and polisher.. Performs deep cleaning as required by program standards (e.g. on a scheduled basis and upon check-out of guests in "pet friendly" rooms and in rooms that had an ADA service animal), which includes but is not limited to defrosting the refrigerator, cleaning windows (inside and out), carpet cleaning (shampoo and/or spot treatment), cleaning walls and other such tasks.. The initial assignment will be in Point Loma Base.
