The Front Desk Supervisor is responsible for assisting the Front Desk Manager and/or General Manager while providing attentive courteous and efficient service to all guests prior to arrival and throughout their stay.. Designed as Bostons first Art Deco skyscraper, The Dagny Boston occupies the former Batterymarch Building, fresh from a $39 million renovation across 403 guest rooms and 7,000 square ft of flexible meeting and event space.. Our property is seeking a night auditor to join our growing group of hospitality professionals.. Execute front desk clerk duties as required, such as processing reservations and check-ins, delegating housekeeping, security, and service requests, responding to guest inquiries, and resolving guest complaints as needed. Compile and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly reports to general manager, department heads, and hotel management. Overnight shift; requires flexible hours. Previous hotel front desk, hospitality, guest services, or night audit experience is preferred, but not required Compensation: $15 hourly
Works closely with the General Manager in overseeing hotel operations, including guest relations, front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, finances, team building, and staff development.. Assures that the hotel’s preventive maintenance and energy management programs are in use.. Minimum of one year of hotel management or supervisory experience.. A minimum of one year of Choice or Best Western hotel working experience is preferred.. Choice or Best Western Hotel Experience: 1 year (Preferred).
