Location: Remote (DMV region preferred) Commitment: 15-20 hours per month

We are seeking a Director of Community Partnerships to help build relationships with nonprofits, schools, workforce programs, and other community-serving organizations while expanding the pipeline of real-world projects that power our workforce-development model. What This Role Brings Build relationships with community organizations Identify partnership and project opportunities Expand awareness of TechStep's mission and services Help grow the pipeline of real-world community projects Ideal Experience Experience in one or more of the following areas Nonprofit leadership Community engagement Community development Workforce development Program management Partnership development Public service Technology experience is helpful, but not required. Leadership Expectations Commitment of approximately 15-20 hours per month Attend monthly leadership meetings Support community partnership development Make introductions within community networks Serve as an ambassador for TechStep's mission Why Get Involved Every community partnership creates multiple outcomes.
