Position Overview: We are seeking a Tax, Trusts & Estates Associate with 3+ years of experience to join the Tax, Trusts & Estates practice. The position may be based in the firm's Wilmington, Miami, Boca Raton, Palm Beach, Baltimore, Hackensack, New York City, or Washington, D.C. offices. The ideal candidate will have strong academic credentials, excellent legal research and analytical abilities, and outstanding oral and written communication skills.

Key Responsibilities: Advise individuals, families, business owners, and other clients on sophisticated tax, trusts, and estate planning matters. Assist with the development and implementation of estate planning and wealth-transfer strategies. Draft and review wills, trusts, estate planning documents, and related agreements. Conduct legal research and analyze federal and state tax laws and regulations. Assist with estate, gift, and generation-skipping transfer tax planning. Support trust and estate administration matters. Assist with business succession and wealth-transfer planning for closely held businesses and families. Prepare legal memoranda, correspondence, and other client-facing materials. Collaborate with attorneys across related practice areas, including Tax, Corporate, Real Estate, and Business Transactions.

Qualifications: 3+ years of relevant legal experience in Tax, Trusts & Estates, Estate Planning, Private Client, or a closely related practice. Bar admission in one or more states listed in the locations. Strong academic credentials. Excellent legal research, writing, drafting, and analytical skills. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple matters effectively. Ability to work collaboratively in a sophisticated law firm environment.
