Radiology Associates of Florida, a Radiology Partners practice, is seeking a full-time Breast Radiologist to join their growing team in Tampa, FL. This position features a heavy concentration of breast imaging supporting high-volume outpatient practices, with optional general diagnostic shifts and emergency call for interested candidates. The role offers a partnership-track opportunity in a collaborative environment with local surgeons, pathologists, and oncologists. Schedule/Shift: Day/1st Shift
Employment Type: Full-time (30+ hrs/week)
Monday-Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pmPartnership-track-eligible position
Responsibilities:
- Provide a heavy concentration of dedicated breast imaging, including ultrasound and stereotactic- and MRI-guided breast biopsies
- Participate in general diagnostic shifts and emergency call, if desired
- Work in a collaborative environment with local surgeons, pathologists, and oncologists
- Teach radiology residents in partnership with the University of South Florida (optional)
Compensation
The salary range for this position is $500,000-$1,000,000 Annual discretionary bonus

Qualifications:
- Fellows and residents welcome to apply
- Candidates must be a Doctor of Medicine or Osteopathy and be residency trained in the practice of Diagnostic Radiology
- Board eligible or certified by American Board of Radiology or the American Osteopathic Board of Radiology
- Completed one year of post-residency fellowship training in Breast Imaging preferredMQSA RequiredFL Medical license or the ability to obtain a FL license is required
