Northwest Ambulance seeks a Clinical Education & Quality Manager to own education, competency verification, and QA/QI across EMT through Critical Care Transport RN roles. You will design training, audit performance, and drive protocol revisions while maintaining bedside credibility. You will supervise Training staff, precept in the field, and function in a leadership role that keeps you clinically active. Roles can be RN or Critical Care Paramedic, with equal authority and salary range.
