About the Role:
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Enterprise Strategic Risk to serve as a senior advisor with a focus on building enterprise-wide visibility into financial, operational, and reputational risk exposure. This executive will be responsible for translating legal and policy uncertainty into financial analysis, scenario planning, and executive decision support. The role involves supporting senior leadership in assessing and acting on the financial and strategic implications of material risk, as well as advising on emerging opportunities and risks. The successful candidate will be a key member of the internal Enterprise Risk Management Control Group, maintain risk dashboards, and present risk scenarios and mitigation strategies to leadership. Candidates for the Vice President of Enterprise Strategic Risk position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree, with an advanced degree strongly preferred, and a minimum of 10 years of progressive leadership experience in managing complex enterprise risks. Deep expertise in financial risk modeling, scenario analyses, and decision-making frameworks is essential. The role requires a strong understanding of legal cost drivers, risk financing, and insurance structures, as well as proven success in leading organizations through change and complexity. The ideal candidate will have a background in legal or experience in supporting litigation modeling, and must demonstrate effective communication, strategic agility, executive presence, and collaborative influence. The position demands a high level of political acumen, the ability to handle sensitive matters, and a commitment to the core values of the company, including leadership, inclusion, communication, collaboration, and accountability.
