Coater Console Operator: Automation Personnel Services is looking for a Coater Console Operator for a company based in Dalton, GA. Pay Rate$15.00 per hour Schedule and HoursMonday through Friday, 7 30 am to 4 00 pmCoater Console Operator Duties and Responsibilities* Operate and monitor the coater line control system, adjusting machine settings to maintain product specifications and production standards.* Monitor production processes, material flow, and equipment performance to ensure safe, efficient, and continuous operation.* Perform quality checks and make necessary process adjustments to minimize defects and ensure finished products meet customer requirements.* Troubleshoot equipment and process issues, coordinating with maintenance and production personnel to reduce downtime and maximize productivity.* Accurately complete production documentation, track operational data, and communicate shift updates, issues, and priorities to team members and supervisors. Coater Console Operator Qualifications and Requirements* Must be reliable, punctual, and able to maintain a consistent attendance record.* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while following all company policies and safety procedures.* Must be willing and able to stay past regularly scheduled hours, including after 4:00 PM, when business needs require.* Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.* Background check required; employment is contingent upon successful completion of the screening process.
