Supporting deposit product onboarding and servicing activities, the full-time Deposit Operations Representative will process account origination requests, transaction processing, and exception item handling while ensuring compliance with operational procedures in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities:
Accurately process routine account requests, maintenance tasks, and operational transactions related to deposit products
Handle ACH processing, wire transfers, check processing, and account maintenance while adhering to established procedures
Respond to customer inquiries and complete account servicing requests, escalating complex issues as necessaryRequired qualificationsHigh School diploma or equivalent
0-2 years of related banking, financial services, operations, or customer service experience
Ability to learn and apply banking procedures, operational processes, systems, and regulatory requirements
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Effective interpersonal and customer service skills
