What You'll Do:- Prepare journal entries and support general ledger accounting
- Perform account reconciliations and maintain supporting schedules
- Assist with month-end close activities
- Analyze account fluctuations and investigate variances
- Support audit requests and financial reporting processes
- Contribute to process improvement and efficiency initiatives
What We're Looking For:- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance 1-3 years of accounting experience
- Understanding of general ledger accounting and reconciliations
- Strong Excel and ERP system skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Eager to learn and grow professionally
