Product Owner

Location: Charlotte, NC (550 S. Tryon) or St. Louis, MO (1 N. Jefferson Ave.)WIM's Investment Solutions Team is looking for Product Owner to support Advisory Platform build outProvide end to end product management ownership across the Advisory platform, with each role accountable for a large scrum team and delivery outcomes within their scopeDefine product vision, roadmap, and priorities, ensuring alignment between business objectives, technology delivery, and advisor experience outcomesLead release planning, dependency management, and open issue governance to ensure consistent and coordinated execution across teamsEngage directly with business owners, technology leads, and operations partners to drive decision making and maintain delivery momentum without escalationManage and prioritize product backlogs, ensuring clear requirements, defined scope, and alignment to strategic objectivesLead resolution of complex product and delivery challenges, balancing business needs, technical constraints, and risk considerationsAdvance the platform roadmap by incorporating AI enabled capabilities to enhance personalization, decision support, and workflow efficiencyOperate as de facto stream leads within a flatter organizational model, absorbing coordination responsibilities previously held at the management layerCollaborate with stakeholders, scrum masters, and delivery teams to resolve issues and ensure alignment to delivery objectivesEnsure adherence to risk, control, compliance, and regulatory requirements across all product management activitiesMUST have Wealth Management or Wealth Advisory Platform experienceUMA (Unified Managed Accounts) including InvestCloud is a big plusBig4 Consulting is also a plus (EY, Deloitte, Accenture, PWC)
