Manager of Quantitative Development

Key responsibilities: Mentor and grow a team of quantitative developers through hiring, onboarding, and performance management Own delivery for a portfolio of quantitative models by scoping work, setting priorities, and managing timelines Develop new quantitative models and enhancements while contributing production code as an active team memberRequired qualificationsM.S. or Ph.D. in a quantitative discipline; candidates with a B.S. and outstanding experience will also be considered 6-8 years of experience in building and delivering quantitative models in R or Python Experience leading technical teams or projects, with a focus on mentoring Deep expertise in time series analysis, Monte Carlo simulation, and advanced optimization techniques Strong software engineering fundamentals, including version control and testing; familiarity with git, Linux, Docker, and/or Kubernetes is preferred
