The OpportunityiThrive is seeking an accomplished Co-Founder & Seed Capital Raise Executive to work directly alongside the Founder & CEO and lead the company's seed financing round. The immediate objective is clear: Successfully raise and close the seed capital required to accelerate iThrive's next stage of growth. We are looking for an experienced entrepreneur and business leader with a demonstrated ability to raise early-stage capital, activate established investor relationships, build a qualified investor pipeline, and manage the financing process from initial introduction through closing. The ideal candidate has founded, built, scaled, or successfully exited a company and understands what it takes to capitalize and grow an entrepreneurial business. This is not an advisory, consulting, or traditional fundraising position. We are seeking an entrepreneurial partner who will take ownership of the seed raise, become a Co-Founder and equity owner, and help build the company. As we continue bootstrapping iThrive toward our seed financing, this is initially an equity-based Co-Founder opportunity, with executive compensation anticipated following the successful capital raise. The technology is built. The platform has launched. The next chapter is about capitalization, market adoption, revenue growth, and scale. About iThriveiThrive is the Market Network for the Workforce, powered by a proprietary Workforce Operating System and operating the infrastructure of The World's First Workforce Sharing Economy. Airbnb members monetize homes. Uber members monetize cars. iThrive members monetize the talent supply chain.iThrive orchestrates the talent supply chain by identifying participation, assigning value to the roles performed, and sharing the economics among the participants who help create it. The company has been bootstrapped by its Founder, with significant investments in developing its proprietary technology, infrastructure, and operating platform. The predecessor business demonstrated the underlying economic model by paying out millions of dollars in commissions. Our first application, the Staffing Marketplace, is operating with millions of dollars in shareable staffing commissions. The Gigs Marketplace and Intelligence Marketplace are next, with additional applications and revenue opportunities planned. Our infrastructure is designed to support more than 50 workforce applications and services over time. The Seed Capital OpportunityiThrive is preparing to raise seed capital to accelerate commercialization and scale an existing technology platform. Unlike startups seeking capital to develop an initial concept, iThrive has already established its underlying technology, business model, operating infrastructure, and first marketplace application. Seed capital will support: Marketing, customer acquisition, and market expansion. Membership growth and marketplace participation. Staffing Marketplace adoption and revenue generation. Launch and expansion of additional marketplace applications. Engineering, product development, and AI capabilities. Strategic partnerships and distribution relationships. Organizational development and operational scale. We are seeking a Co-Founder who can translate this foundation into a compelling investment opportunity and successfully secure the capital required to execute the growth strategy.
