Cultivation SupportAssist with daily plant care activities including watering, pruning, transplanting, and monitoring plant healthSupport harvest, drying, trimming, and post-harvest operationsMaintain cultivation areas to ensure cleanliness, organization, and complianceProduction & PackagingAssist with product preparation, packaging, labeling, and fulfillment activitiesFollow standard operating procedures and quality standardsAccurately complete production records and documentationFacility OperationsMaintain accurate records of cultivation activities, inventory movements, harvests, and treatments.
