Lead annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, and long-range financial planning.
Build and maintain financial models that help leadership understand potential outcomes under different scenarios.
Develop KPIs and dashboards that provide visibility into the company's most important business drivers.
Analyze trends across revenue, occupancy, pricing, staffing, customer activity, expenses, and other operating metrics.

Strong understanding of P&L management, forecasting, budgeting, financial modeling, and business analysis.
Demonstrated ability to connect financial results to underlying operational performance.
Experience evaluating investments, expansions, new locations, or other growth initiatives is highly desirable.
Strong financial modeling and analytical skills with the ability to communicate complex information clearly.
