Key responsibilities: Set legal function priorities aligned with business strategy and manage corporate governance and risk Oversee legal aspects of financing, M&A, and strategic partnerships while managing significant litigation and regulatory inquiries Collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure compliance with evolving AI regulations and consumer protection lawsRequired qualifications 10+ years of in-house legal leadership experience in technology or regulated industries Proven experience as a General Counsel or senior legal leader with responsibility for legal strategy and executive advice Demonstrated fluency in AI and its application within legal frameworks Strong corporate generalist judgment with expertise in governance and complex litigation Active membership in good standing with a U.S. state bar and a J.D. degree
