What You'll Be Doing:
- Lead histopathology, biomarker, and tissue-based scientific programs
- Research literature and translate findings into actionable recommendations
- Guide assay development, validation, troubleshooting, and study interpretation
- Develop quantitative image-analysis workflows using Visiopharm or comparable platforms
- Lead small cross-functional teams and customer scientific discussions
- Strengthen SOPs, quality systems, and scientific operations
About You:
Ph. D. in Pathology, Biomedical Expertise in histopathology, tissue-based assays, biomarkers, and scientific interpretation Skilled in literature evaluation and evidence-based recommendations Scientific project leadership and strong customer-facing communication
