What You'll Do:- Operate and maintain production equipment to meet daily build signals
- Mix chemical solutions and standards with precision
- Perform quality checks and maintain traceability records
- Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and perform preventive maintenance
- Accurately enter data and complete work order transactions (LOTS, Oracle, ARIBA, etc.)Support continuous improvement (Kaizen, VES) and suggest process enhancements
- Handle and dispose of chemical and non-chemical waste safely
- Collaborate with your team to plan daily work and solve problems
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually managed workspace
- What You BringHigh school diploma or GED1+ year of experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Strong mechanical aptitude and manual dexterity
- Basic reading, writing, and math skills
- Ability to follow safety protocols and work with chemicals
- Solid communication skills and a team-first mindset
- Willingness to cross-train and support other areas as needed
- Bonus Points For:
- Experience with circuit board or instrument assembly
- Familiarity with Oracle, ARIBA, Kanban, or DRP systems
