To support high-quality learning experiences, the full-time remote Learning & Development Graphic Designer will develop visually compelling designs for various training modalities, ensuring brand consistency and collaborating with internal teams to enhance learner engagement.
Key responsibilities:
Produce high-quality visual assets for eLearning modules, instructor-led training, and print materials
Ensure consistency in design across all training products and develop visual standards and templates
Collaborate with instructional design and editorial teams to support the production workflow and maintain design assetsRequired qualificationsMinimum 3 years of experience designing eLearning and print products in a professional setting
Portfolio showcasing multi-modality learning design work
Strong understanding of visual storytelling, typography, layout, and branding
Experience collaborating with instructional design teams
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and eLearning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline
