APPLY NOWSeeking an experienced Commercial Title Examiner, the full-time remote position will examine commercial and industrial property titles, research public records, and prepare accurate title commitments to support nationwide real estate transactions.
Key responsibilities:
Examine commercial and industrial property titles and determine ownership
Research public, tax, and legal records to identify title issues
Prepare accurate title commitments and resolve routine title issuesRequired qualificationsPrior experience as a Commercial Title Examiner
Experience examining commercial and/or industrial property titles
Knowledge of title insurance, title commitments, and real estate transactions
Ability to interpret deeds, liens, easements, and legal descriptions
Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently in a remote environment
