Material Coordinator — Fontana, CAA national building-products manufacturer is hiring a Material Coordinator for its Fontana, CA operation. This posting is confidential; company details are shared with candidates selected for screening.

Full-time, AM StartWhat you’ll doReceive, inspect, stage, and issue raw materials and components to production Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and transaction discipline in the ERP system Coordinate daily with purchasing, production, and shipping on material availability and shortages Operate a forklift and material-handling equipment to move stock safely Keep storage areas organized to 5S standards and support shipping/receiving as needed What you bring 2+ years in materials, inventory, or warehouse coordination in a manufacturing environment Working knowledge of ERP/MRP inventory transactions; comfortable with basic Excel Forklift experience (certification provided if current cert has lapsed) Accuracy under a daily production clock; clear communication with multiple departments Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet in a manufacturing setting What you get Medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) Paid time off and holidays A stable, established operation — this is a long-standing site, not a startup We are an equal opportunity employer.
