Plant Auxiliary - Entry-Level Plant Maintenance & Cleaning

Alabama Power is seeking a Plant Auxiliary for its hydro facilities across Alabama. This entry‐level role involves a mix of cleaning duties, basic plant maintenance and support for operation activities, at various plants including Weiss Dam, Thurlow Dam and others. Candidates must be physically capable, 18+, and ready for rotating shifts with overtime and on‐call work. Training paths lead to specialist tracks within the plants.
