Manufacturing Associate CoWorx Staffing Services has immediate openings for Manufacturing Associates in Manitowoc, WI. In this role, you will be assisting the machine operators with a variety of duties within the Add Room, Regrind Area, Roll RE-Wind and Blender Room. We are looking for individuals who want to progress through training for the opportunity to advance within the company. These positions are temp to hire. Shift Available:1st Shift 7am to 3pm2nd Shift 3pm to 11pm3rd Shift 11pm to 7amPay Rate:$20.00 an hour – 1st shift$21.00 an hour – 2nd Shift$23 an hour – 3rd Shift
Responsibilities:- Remove product from the machine.
- Making additives for production use
- Assist operator in unloading winder.
- Assist operator during changeovers.
- Package roll and sheet skids.
- Loading sheets for grinding
- Tacking sheets for pressing
- Package roll and sheet skids.
- Preparing product for delivery
- Wrapping skids
- Forklift Operation (will train and certify on site)
- Other duties as required.
- Desired Background/Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Willingness to learn and take direction.
- Must have mechanical aptitude.
- Work well within an industrial setting.
- Stand for entire shift, bend, reach, required PPE and follow safety protocols & procedures.
- Must be able to work overtime if needed.
- Good attendance and attitude!
