We are seeking a detail-oriented Picker/Puller to accurately pick, pull, stage, and stock materials in a busy distribution center. This position is responsible for fulfilling customer orders, maintaining inventory accuracy, and supporting shipping and receiving operations while working in a safe and organized warehouse environment.
Responsibilities:- Accurately pick and pull customer orders using pick tickets or RF scanners
- Verify part numbers, quantities, and product accuracy before staging shipments
- Stock incoming inventory and replenish warehouse locations
- Prepare materials for shipping by palletizing, wrapping, labeling, and staging orders
- Assist with shipping, receiving, and inventory control activities
- Perform cycle counts and support inventory accuracy initiatives
- Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment safely
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment (5S)
- Follow all company safety policies and warehouse procedures
- Assist with additional warehouse duties as assigned
Requirements:- 1+ year of warehouse, distribution center, or material handling experience requiredExperience picking and pulling orders requiredExperience using RF scanners required
- Forklift experience (Sit-Down, Reach Truck, or Electric Pallet Jack) preferred
- Experience handling industrial, manufacturing, or oil & gas components preferred
- Ability to accurately identify part numbers and product descriptions
- Basic computer skills and ability to follow written work instructions
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs throughout the shift
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods
- Stable work history with verifiable references
- Must pass a background check and drug screening
