Job Description: About the Roleseeking a creative, hands-on production manager to join its rapidly growing toy business. This role will help bring new toy concepts to life, combining imaginative design with an understanding of play value, consumer trends, and commercial appeal. The ideal candidate has experience with toys across multiple categories, including fidget and sensory products, and enjoys collaborating with internal teams and overseas manufacturing partners to move ideas from concept through production.

Key Responsibilities: Develop original toy concepts that deliver engaging play experiences and support the company's growing product assortment. Create concept sketches, product renderings, presentations, and detailed design specifications. Research toy trends, emerging play patterns, materials, and competitive products to identify new opportunities. Design and develop fidget, sensory, and other toy products, balancing creativity, functionality, quality, and target cost. Collaborate with sales, product development, sourcing, and production teams to refine concepts and support customer presentations. Communicate design requirements and revisions to overseas factories and manufacturing partners. Review prototypes and samples, providing clear feedback on appearance, functionality, materials, and overall execution. Manage multiple development projects while meeting key milestones and deadlines. Partner with relevant teams to ensure designs account for age appropriateness, product safety, and manufacturing requirements.

Qualifications: Previous experience in toy design, toy development, or a closely related consumer product category. A strong portfolio demonstrating original concepts, thoughtful design, and an understanding of play value. Experience with fidget or sensory toys is highly desirable; experience across a broader range of toy categories is a plus. Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop; familiarity with 3D design tools is a plus. Ability to translate ideas into clear, actionable specifications for manufacturing partners. Understanding of materials, manufacturing processes, and cost considerations relevant to toy development. Strong communication, organization, and project management skills. Ability to work collaboratively and adapt in a fast-paced, growing business.
