Tax Manager / Tax Supervisor (Hybrid/Multiple Locations) Tax Supervisor : $110K-$130K base, DOE+ bonus + paid OT over 40 hours at 1.5x pay Tax Manager : $130K-$170K base, DOE + bonus + Partner TrackOur client is a growing regional public accounting firm seeking a Tax Manager or Tax Supervisor to join their team. This role is focused primarily on business taxation, including the preparation and review of corporate, partnership, and S-Corporation returns. The firm offers strong mentorship, exposure to complex client engagements, paid overtime, competitive compensation, and a clear path for growth. Prepare and review business tax returns, including C-Corporations, S-Corporations, and Partnerships Review work prepared by junior staff and provide coaching and technical guidance Research federal and state tax issues and assist with tax planning projects Serve as a point of contact for clients and maintain strong client relationships Participate in tax planning, compliance, and consulting engagements Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field~ 5+ years of public accounting tax experience~ Experience preparing and reviewing business tax returns~ Strong knowledge of federal and state tax regulations~ Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines~ Corporate, partnership, and pass-through entity taxation Multi-state tax exposure Experience within a public accounting environment Paid overtime Bonus potential If you are looking for a firm that offers strong technical exposure, career growth, and the opportunity to work closely with business clients, we would like to hear from you.
