The ideal candidate has strong experience independently managing large-scale construction projects, including projects valued at $100 million or more. This individual will oversee project budgets, schedules, contracts, subcontractors, procurement, financial performance, risk, safety, and client relationships.

- Lead construction projects from startup through final closeout
- Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and financial performance
- Review contracts, project documents, and project requirements
- Coordinate field teams, subcontractors, vendors, and project stakeholders
- Manage subcontractor agreements, purchase orders, and project buyout
- Oversee procurement, material delivery, and project documentation
- Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and contract administration
- Monitor project costs, cash flow, forecasting, and financial reporting
- Identify and manage project risks and potential delays
- Lead project and scheduling meetings
- Maintain strong relationships with owners, architects, consultants, subcontractors, and vendors
- Coordinate project closeout, punch lists, warranties, as-builts, and final documentation
- Ensure projects meet quality, safety, schedule, and financial objectives
Qualifications:- 5-10+ years of construction Project Management experienceExperience independently managing complex commercial construction projects
- Experience managing projects valued at $100M or more
- Strong knowledge of budgeting, scheduling, cost control, and financial reporting
- Experience with construction contracts, subcontracts, procurement, and change orders
- Strong subcontractor and vendor management experience
- Excellent leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction scheduling software
- Ability to work onsite in West Palm Beach, Florida
- Preferred Experience
- Large-scale commercial construction experienceExperience with complex project procurement and subcontractor buyout
- Strong client and owner relationship management experienceExperience managing project closeout and turnover
