Customer Service/ Field Services Manager Heritage Homes Nebraska Heritage Homes is seeking a driven and organized Customer Service/ Field Service Manager to lead our post-construction customer experience and field service operations. This role is key to ensuring our homeowners receive exceptional service and support after move-in. The Customer Service/ Field Service Manager will oversee all aspects of modular setting & finish work, and warranty and service scheduling. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and lead the field service team Serve as the primary point of contact for dealer service needs. Coordinate and schedule warranty and service work Work closely with construction, subcontractors, and vendors to resolve issues Track and report service metrics and customer satisfaction Qualifications Experience in customer service, construction, or field service management Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent communication and conflict resolution abilities Highly organized with strong attention to detail Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities Knowledge of residential construction What We Offer Competitive salary (based on experience)
