You will lead cross-functional teams developing and integrating functions such as perception, sensor integration and fusion, path planning, collision avoidance, situational awareness, and autonomous or assisted vessel operation. You will ensure alignment across engineering, product planning, validation, legal/IP, and supplier teams to achieve business objectives while managing technical, safety, schedule, and integration risks. This role expands beyond traditional engineering management scope to lead cross-functional development activities and broader program execution, particularly in support of new product introduction initiatives. It serves as a progression opportunity for experienced Engineering Managers, increasing exposure to full lifecycle ownership, cross-functional leadership, and resource planning within a more complex and integrated development environment.
