Senior Voice Data Operations Program Lead

Deepgram is seeking a hands-on Program Manager to lead design and execution of voice data programs. You will own end-to-end data workflows, write guidelines for annotation teams, and drive tooling improvements across Research, Engineering, and Product. You’ll influence data strategies that shape model training and product outcomes. You will collaborate with researchers and engineers to align data collection with architecture, while mentoring vendors and internal ICs as the team scales.
