Production Supervisor - Manufacturing Quality and Safety

Job Type: Full-timeSchedule: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift openingsPay: $75,000 to $88,000 per year Lead a production team as a hands-on supervisor who owns quality, safety, and results for your area.

Must-Haves: 3+ years of manufacturing experience 3+ years of supervisory experience Proven ability to get results through others Strong commitment to quality and safety Problem analysis and resolution skills High school diploma or GED Valid driver’s license Basic Microsoft Office skills Strong interpersonal and communication skills

What You’ll Do: Plan and assign work to meet the production schedule Work hands-on in your area about half the time Serve as quality inspector and enforce quality standards Act as safety coordinator, spotting hazards before they become incidents Coach, counsel, train, and evaluate team members Keep materials stocked so the team stays productive Monitor process steps and equipment and identify cost savings Track and report shift production results Build cooperation across departments

Nice-to-Haves: Fabrication, welding, or heavy equipment manufacturing experience Continuous improvement or cost reduction experience

Compensation and Benefits: $75,000 to $88,000 per year Choice of 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift
