HSE Strategy Lead Manufacturing & Compliance

Mars Incorporated in Hackettstown, NJ seeks an HSE Manager to lead our site's health, safety, and environmental strategy. You will report to the Site Director and join the plant's senior management team to protect Associates, the environment, and company assets while driving continuous improvement. You will build HSE capability, ensure regulatory compliance (EPA/OSHA/DOT), manage risk, and partner across operations on capital projects, audits, and training.
