Remote Employment Attorney (Illinois)

Workplace Law Partners, P.C. is seeking an experienced Employment Law Attorney for a largely remote role. You will advise employees on workplace rights, assess claims, and develop strategies for negotiation, litigation, or ADR. Expect to draft demand letters, pleadings, and motions, and review contracts and severance agreements. You will also handle agency hearings, engage in negotiations, participate in mediations, and represent clients in court when needed.
