Head of Sales - Mobile Performance Ads (Remote)

REPLUG GmbH is seeking a hands-on Head of Sales to own revenue for our Performance Ads division. You will drive new business, lead end-to-end deals, and shape how we sell while building a scalable sales engine from the ground up. You will work closely with the founders, recruit and mentor the team, and expand into new markets with outbound and inbound strategies.
