We're looking for an entrepreneurial leader to build and lead a plumbing and waterworks distribution business in Houston.
The Opportunity:
This is much broader than a traditional Branch Manager role. You'll have responsibility for the entire local company, including P&L, balance sheet, sales, inventory, operations, people and overall growth. A typical local company operates at around $12M revenue / 18 employees, with significant scope to grow. Longer term, there is a pathway to President and up to 30% equity ownership in the business. What You'll OwnFull P&L and financial performance Sales, gross profit and business growth Inventory and operational performance Building and developing the local team Contractor and vendor relationships Overall Houston market strategy
What We're Looking For:- Plumbing, waterworks, PVF or related distribution experience
- Ideally$5M-$50M+ P&Lleadership experience
- Proven track record of profitable growth
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ambition to build a business
